ABOUT

In business since 2006, CPI has the men, experience and the equipment to safely and efficiently build, replace, repair and maintain all facets of electric powerline. This includes overhead, underground, transmission and substations. With over 75 field employees and equipment that we own, CPI can quickly assemble crews to assist in any emergency restoration situation.

We have worked in narrow alleys in small towns, heavily congested areas of small suburban cities, mountainous terrain that requires walking in and out of the job site, as well as the wide open spaces of the Colorado prairies.

Safety is the top priority at Colorado Powerline, Inc. We are Cost Containment Certified through the State of Colorado and our Safety Department regularly visits our crews in the field. In addition, we hold quarterly safety meetings for all employees. Our annual safety trainings include:

Job Briefings
Bloodborne Pathegens
CPR and First Aid
Materials Handling
Personal Protective Equipment
Fall Protection

ABOUT
SAFETY

"On behalf of Colorado Springs Utilities, the Colorado Springs Utilities Board and our community, I would like to thank you for your assistance during and following the severe wind storm which impacted Colorado Springs in January, 2017. Colorado Springs appreciates that Colorado Powerline Inc. expeditiously responded to our request for assistance by providing five line crews to assist Colorado Springs Utilities in the restoration of electric service to our customers and community during and after the windstorm. Colorado Powerline Inc. and your customer's willingness to modify commitments to assist Colorado Springs Utilities is a testament to a commitment to mutual assistance to best benefit our collective communities.

Without the aid of Colorado Powerline Inc crews, electric service outages would have been significantly extended. We appreciate the on-going relationship between Colorado Powerline Inc. and Colorado Springs Utilities and welcome future opportunities to build and maintain the electric infrastructure for our community".

— Jerry Forte, CEO Colorado Springs Utilities
